Subway - Orem

Disappointing, this store should definitely takeoff that they are 24 hours getting off the freeway with hungry kids because I was steered wrong and just to see three people inside with the lights on… everything appearing to be open just to be told that they were closed at 9 PM. Be a proactive professional company and take down inaccurate hours. It’s 2022 for Christ sake people rely on at least accurate hours of operation. That’s Okay the pizza place was happy take my money.

They are not open 24 hours. They were closed at 9:30pm. The two employees were inside making themselves a sandwich and eating. Seems like these employees need to be fired because they shut down the store just to eat food and not have to serve any employees. 5Sept2022 by the way for corporate to have whoever was working at the time be fired.

This Subway is advertised as being open 24/7, but over the past year, I've found it to be quite inconsistent in its operating hours. I arrived at 9:20 PM only to find the doors locked. I saw two employees making a sandwich inside, but they told me the location was closed. I pointed out the 24-hour sign, yet they still insisted it was closed. It might be a good idea for this location to reconsider its hours and update the signage if it isn't truly operating around the clock.

This is the worst Subway I've ever visited. The service is excruciatingly slow, even when they're actually operating. I've noticed them blocking the entrance to the drive-thru with their car, preventing any cars from coming in. They never answer their phone, either. Overall, this is the worst-managed establishment I've encountered.

Waldo is consistently fantastic. He always takes great care of us. Make sure to request Waldo—he really is the best. Attention, Cami… he deserves a raise! Booya! ️
