Their approach is quite misleading—it's as if they expect you to accept that if you buy a car and the transmission fails shortly after purchase, it’s not their responsibility. It’s clear to me that this company does not care about its reputation, its customers, or the quality of the products it sells. There are better brands out there, and I recommend you choose anyone other than this one. I even attempted to escalate my complaint to corporate, but they provided me with a phone number that simply goes to a voicemail box with no responses. When I called customer service again to ask for a supervisor, I was informed that there was no one available to help and that I could only reach a robotic number that also leads to an unanswered mailbox. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I regret choosing a local company that has proven to be anything but reliable.
My initial order was canceled without any explanation. I placed a second order a few days later, and that one was also canceled without any reason given.
I've had my blendtec for over 10 years and it still works great. I have had to replace the jar once due to it cracking, but other than that it's been great.
Great customer service! We had a warped jar and they sent a new jar the next day. Downside is you can’t put it in the dishwasher, hence four stars. And I don’t like the lid on the jar, but I’ve used this pretty much every single day for the past three years and it’s still going strong. Most other blenders simply can’t handle that kind of traffic.
