Juice It Up! In Lake Els - ore

Worker was picking his nose and eating his boogers while making my smoothie, i bit my tongue not to say anything but definitley should not be handling anything with food/drink.

Last week, I went to a Juice it Up in Redlands, CA and tried all the new horchata drinks over the span of a few days. All of them were DELICIOUS and I was impressed! When I came back to my home in Lake Elsinore, I wanted to get them again so I went to the location on Central Ave. The first time I went, I got the Strawberry horchata drink and was almost surprised when I received it because tasted nothing like the one I had previously in the week. It wasn't horrible to drink, but I was still disappointed because it wasn't great. Today, I decided to give it another shot and I got the PB horchata smoothie. Not only was I extremely disappointed, but I was disgusted. It tasted horrible and nothing like the one I had in Redlands. I wasted almost $10 on a drink and I was upset. Customer service was good, but I will not be returning to this Juice It Up because the drinks are not made correctly.

Real nice place. Juice tastes great, and I recommend the Piña Coolada.

The first time I went here and was pleasantly surprised at how many options they had, especially healthy options. It's hard to find protein smoothies that have enough protein, but they have them. Service was exceptional, as we asked lots of questions.
