Love love this place! When the staff knows you by name that means the customer service is top tier

The smoothies were great and the atmosphere was really relaxing!

This is my favorite smoothie place in all of Cleveland! I was disappointed on my last visit, thought. I didn't received the correct order and I was quick to say “Oh, this isn't what I ordered” and rather than making the change it was “Yeah, it was” and the other coworker stepped in to defend the person I was speaking with. I wasn't at all trying to be difficult, I thought it was an easy change and I was surprised at this response. Overall, it is still my favorite, but I don't believe that is the right kind of customer service.

Not a picky coffee drinker but threw out the drip coffee. Similar to airplane coffee.
