Bruegger's Bagels - Orange

I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to Seamus, the guy in the orange business. We're currently unwell at home, and a wonderful friend sent us lunch from Brueggers. There was a mix-up with the order, and we were missing some items. Seamus went out of his way to contact our friend and arranged to deliver the rest of the order after his shift! He drove nearly 20 minutes just to bring us the missing items. I don't think I've ever experienced such outstanding service before. Thank you once again, Seamus, you are truly amazing!

The breakfast dishes are fantastic, and the customer service is very courteous.

The bagels here are delicious and flavorful. However, the coffee could use some improvement. I'm giving this place 4 stars because, after just a few bites of the cinnamon sugar bagel with butter, the taste was overwhelmed by garlic (you can see the garlic flakes in the picture). I've had cinnamon sugar bagels at other Bruegger's locations and they were fantastic, so I was really disappointed that I couldn't fully enjoy my favorite order here.
