Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I thought ordering online would make pickup easier, but it was not. I tried to pick up at the drive-thru but was told I had to go inside. There was a curb blocking me from exiting the drive-thru quickly. I had to wait a long time before I could finally get inside and bring home our order, which is only a 7-minute drive away. However, my onion rings were cold and my sauce was missing. Both sundaes were melted and dripping everywhere. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious! The frozen custard was especially tasty. The restaurant is also very kid-friendly with a welcoming atmosphere for children.

Good flavors all around. I'm personally not a fan of matchstick fries and smash burgers, but everything tasted fresh and crisp.Fry sauce is a must, it was clearly designed to compliment the delicate salt profile of the matchstick fries.The custard concretes are made fast and thick, a straw is pointless unless you let it sit for a while, but the PBC&B is so delicious it'll be gone before you need one.
