Domino's Pizza - Ontario

The pizzas from Domino's should be made consistently. Today my pepperoni pizza has the cheese ON TOP of the pepperoni and other toppings and I only taste the cheese. I don't understand how most of the time the toppings are on top of the cheese, hence,TOPpings and every now and then a sole employee buries the toppings UNDER the cheese. If I wanted my toppings UNDER the cheese,I'd order from Papa John's!!

They must have had a change in management recently. While the people working are friendly, and I hate to fault them, the quoted wait times have been much longer than quoted the last 3x. I canceled one order because they hadn't even started after 1.5 hours.Thought I would try again tonight. 20 min after the quoted pickup time it was ready. Never was a problem in the past. Not surewhat's different now.

I ordered my pizza around 6 PM. Estimated pick up time was 6:58 PM. Got there to pay, and the cashier confirmed my payment, but didn?t know where my pizza was. The manager had to help him find it. Come to find out that my order hasn?t even been prepped.They said they would take less than 10 minutes to make my pizza from the time they found out they haven?t even prepped it, butthey couldn?t even accomplish that. This isn?t the first time this has happened either. Last time I?ll ever come here.

This restaurant in Ontario has extremely bad service. It deserves no stars. And they know they are not making their customers orders on time because they don?t answer the phone. We ordered over an hour ago. The app said it would be delivered 25 minago. The quality check was done 35 min ago. Do you think we are going to get a hot fresh pizza, no! Who ever runs this storeshould be fired! This is the second time this happens! And the last time the so called manager said they were trying anddrivers called out. Do you think I care about that? That?s your job to fix that. You obviously don?t know what you are doing!

Gave try first time took 77 minutes to 85 minutes and trued calling them several time no answer, 2nd time rude customer service. Tried getting a refund they refused. 2nd time was no better worst I don't understand why they would still be open. I would stickto Pizza Hut or better place that values their customer and time. Tracker timer is off and wrong first stated 15-20minutes thensuddenly 77 minutes to 85 minutes come on
