Bidra med feedbackBurgers were awesome, chicken fried chicken, shrimp and grits, catfish everything was delicious
Had enjoyed previously when visiting friends, so brought my husband for lunch when we had an appointment in the area. Seated quickly despite the lunch crowd, and they were able to accommodate our somewhat brief window of time to eat. Wish we could’ve lingered to enjoy the food and atmosphere, but we’ll return. He loved his crawfish, and mine was snapper if I recall correctly. Friendly service!
Brunch served on weekends until 2pm! I opted for the jerk shrimp tacos and they were delicious! The onion rings were huge and perfectly breaded. Also enjoyed and Irish coffee Our waitress was knowledgeable about the food and really friendly. Can't wait to go back!Food: 5/5
If you are looking for an actual taste of New Orleans you will be sorely disappointed. This is a 0 star restaurant on all fronts. Omaha is proving to be a huge miss for quality food and this place falls right in line.We ordered fried okra and onion rings for an appetizer. We had also ordered the Cajun fish and chips and a catfish plate, can't remember the name. When the okra and rings came out we had a piece or two of tasteless, cold centered, bagged frozen okra. We then tried the onion rings but after the first bite we knew something was off.For the first time ever, my wife and I decided to cut our losses, pay for the crappetizers that were on the table, and leave. We didn't feel the need to waste even more money. It is clear the owners of this place have never been to New Orleans, or if they have they weren't paying attention. The food here is offensively bad.In addition to the bad food, you can expect to be seated for 10 minutes or more before anyone ever comes to the table. If you go on Sunday during the brunch you can expect to be deafened by someone pretending to play blues. Diner beware.
Food was great! Service was even better. My glass was never empty. Staff gave us the perfect amount of attention. Atmosphere was lively with happy people eating. It was at a price point to convince the hubby that its perfect for date night.Food: 5/5
