Little Caesars Pizza - Omaha

Anyone who cooked the Veggie pizza today on 3/6/22 should not cook anymore. Pizza was half finished, tasted like cardboard l, no sauce just delicious. I also ordered through door bag, so naturally large waste of 15 dollars and a tip smh.

A guy by the name of Gavin, who is frequently working the counter at this location, is a huge asset to this business. He is always on top of things and is super polite and friendly, even when the customer isn't. I always enjoy my interaction with him. He really deserves a raise!

Ordered pizza at 5:28. Expected delivery was 6:25. It's now 7:25 and we still have no pizza. Store doesn't answer phone, door dash driver hasn't answered and has been changed 3 times. Absolutely trash service, will never order again and recommend others do not as well.

Ordered online around 5pm and expected a 5:30 delivery. Our dasher arrived around 5:20pm. According to our dasher the staff was having technical issues. They refused to take the information our dasher was given and made him wait 20 minutes before they even began making our order. They were very rude to our dasher. Our food arrived with items missing and our dasher never recieved them. We got our food at 6:09pm. Earlier my boyfriend had also tried ordering with the same issues. Except Little Cesars cancelled the order and have yet to issue a refund. Very rude staff and bad service. Technical difficulties doesn't mean you can neglect your job and be disrespectful to people.

Pizza is fine and the cashier service was fine. However, on a Saturday evening, I would expect more than two pizzas to be ready to go, especially when there are multiple people having to wait on their orders. Even once I become the only customer left, I waited ten more minutes to get called up only to find they had forgotten one part of my order, forcing me to stay even longer to wait for it to be baked. The point of going to Little Caesars is to get pizza quickly and I would have had to wait less time at nearly any other pizza place.
