This was our first time at the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly, but the drinks were overly sweet. I typically enjoy sweet beverages, but this was a bit too much for my taste. My daughter ordered Taro milk tea, but she could only finish a quarter of it because of the excessive sweetness. I’m giving it 4 stars for the variety of drinks and the excellent service. Sorry, I didn't get a chance to take a good photo.

Great bubble tea and friendly service! As is typical with bubble tea, these drinks can be quite sweet, but they offer a wide range of sweetness levels to make ordering a breeze.

I was excited to find a new favorite spot after moving to the area, but after my experience today at Kung Fu Tea, I don't intend to come back. The absence of professional customer service is alarming, and it makes me question the management style at this franchise. I will certainly inform my friends and family about my experience so they can avoid this location. It's disappointing to receive such inadequate treatment.
