I had a fantastic experience with Paola! She did an incredible job on our wedding cake—it turned out exactly as I envisioned and tasted amazing as well. I highly recommend her!

Paola did a decent job at creating a visually appealing graduation cake based on my ideas, so I would rate her a 4 out of 5 for that. Her communication and friendliness were top-notch, earning a 5 out of 5. However, the taste of the cake was disappointing, so I have to give it a 1 out of 5. I'm not sure if it was just my experience or if she had too many orders to handle, but the flavor of my cake, which was a standard vanilla with vanilla frosting, was quite bad. In fact, none of the 10 people in our group wanted to eat more than one bite, and since it was a family gathering, everyone felt free to share their honest opinions about the taste. We even had a whole conversation about it during dessert. Personally, I won’t be ordering from her again. I’m sharing this review because I wish I had known before. The 17 five-star reviews are misleading. Of course, it’s possible that my cake was an exception, but it’s still disappointing for me.

Paola is incredibly quick to respond to emails, calls, and texts, and she was very patient and informative, answering all my questions. The payment process was smooth; I could simply Venmo her—50% up front to secure the order and the remaining 50% upon receiving the cake. She was also flexible and offered to deliver the cake for a nominal fee per mile, which made everything so much easier for me. When the cake arrived, it was absolutely stunning! It perfectly combined the science and graduation themes while maintaining an elegant design. I couldn't have been happier!

I had Paola make my son's space themed birthday cake. She flawlessly executed based on a picture. The service was great responsive and punctual. The cake had two tiers, one chocolate layer with dulce de leche filling and one almond layer with Bavarian cream. Both tasted phenomenal and the pricing was fair.

Wow, I have nothing but great things to say about Paola's cakes! My family and I hosted a graduation party for my sister completing her Ph.D. and we wanted to get a custom cake. After some research, I found Paola and her cakes looked BEAUTIFUL! I contacted Paola about two weeks before my event and was excited to hear that she was available. I wasn't sure of the exact design I wanted, but I wanted a cross between a science themed and graduation themed cake and Paola was confident she could make that happen. Paola is really quick to respond to emails, calls and texts and was really patient and informative in answering any question I had. Payment was quick and easy, I was able to Venmo her directly (50% before to book the cake, and the other 50% when I received the cake). She was flexible and offered to deliver the cake to my event for a per mile fee which made my life a LOT easier. When the cake arrived it was AMAZING! It incorporated science and graduation while still being an elegant design. 5 STARS! I definitely recommend Paola! I hope to get more custom cakes from her in the future!
