Bidra med feedbackI have order the wings here tones of times, and everytime the food was great. BUT the WORST customer service ever from the son. He is therudest person ever, and this isn't one time but every single time I have ordered and picked up. Today was the last straw, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.
Can't speak to the quality of their food. I needed a family catfish meal. 12 pieces were not enough. 18 pieces were too many. They have no means for adding a piece or two extra of fish. I was expected to pay $20 more for a meal too large for my purposes. As a result, I've taken my business elsewhere. Perhaps they need to consider the needs of the customer.
I really love the wings here, but the owner is the rudest business owner I've ever come across. It would be great if he could improve the way he speaks to his customers.
Yesterday, June 18, was the last time I will ever spend another penny at THESE WINGS. When I arrived at my destination, I realized my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant to inform Don, the owner, about the mistake, and his response was, "Is it that big of a deal?" There was no apology for the inconvenience or any mention of compensating me for the error. How do you run a business with such poor customer service skills? Does he even understand what "Voice of the Customer" means in relation to quality performance? Food should be prepared according to the customer's requests; it's basic business management 101!
These wings are the best I've ever had! If you're looking for a great cheeseburger, this is the spot. The staff is excellent and very friendly too.
