Bidra med feedbackThe behavior of the Asian lady at the counter was very rude. I ordered a coffee, and they did not provide a cup holder. When I asked her, Hello, can I get a cup holder? she responded by saying, You have to say PLEASE!!! Why would I need to say please when I 've already paid for my coffee, and it 's their responsibility to provide it? It 's frustrating dealing with such unprofessional behavior in business.
There are just too many of these any more. I much prefer a little corner breakfast shop without any franchise or brand name associated.
Terrible service. Staff is too pre-occupied with drive thru to manage guests instore. Serving pizza on the menu makes for an even longer wait time for those of us just wanting to grab a coffee and get out.
Shouldn't even get a star you guys are horrible at drive thru and rude to customers learn how to do your job. Horrible service not impressed
I’m certain the cold brew was just old coffee iced down. It was bitter definitely different from the normal cold brew. I have it quite often so know what it tastes like.
