Findta nice place to eat on a Sunday or Monday can be tricky. A friend of mine suggested we try Anthonys in old forge.. well walking up it's a cute place with a traditional look on the inside. Menu was filled with all of the classics you'd expect. I chose the handmade ravioli and I added one of the huge homemade meatballs. Service is fast and friendly and we were checked on regularly. Foodwise, I expected more flavor from the sauce as well as the meatball. They weren't bad, just not a lot of flavor there. I put parmesan cheese on my ravs and sauce to add flavor. And I never use parm. My friend has the salmon and said it was good. Prices weren't crazy high but some items seems over priced. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs togo that priced at $22.00. came with a salad. Again not crazy high but for the portion size it felt a bit high. Overall a positive and pleasant experience I would go to again on a day when most places seem to be closed.

It was obvious in the way we were cared for by our server that we were not regulars.

Fantastic! Idk why it took me so long to finally go there! I'm a local to old forge for 12 years I wish I found it sooner! Best porkchop I've ever had hands down! Please make the porkchop marsla a main menu item! Also some of the best lamb I ever had! Both were specials but should be on main! Clams were perfect also! great cocktails! Oh the deserts where off the chain!!
