Mcdonald's - Old Ellicott City

It literally doesn’t matter how many times you say the word coke, you will end up with Dr.Pepper or diet coke. You’ll circle back through the drive thru to have it fixed, doesn’t matter how nice you are they’ll give you attitude like you came into the building and messed up your own order. You’ll leave, take a sip and it’ll STILL not be coke.

The fries are just always COLD AND HARD!!! That’s my only con! The playground in there is nice and the staff is really nice it’s just the food could be a little better!

My daughter got this double quarter pounder at McDonald’s a couple of weeks ago. It is RAW!!! I contacted McDonald’s corporate office and they forwarded my comments to the franchise owner, multiple times before he answered. I specifically requested an email because strangers on the phone are hard to understand because I am severely hearing impaired. Today the owner called me and on top of trying to understand an unfamiliar voice, he had a thick accent and I couldn’t understand him. After explaining that I was deaf and couldn’t understand him and could he please email me he said no and just repeated himself over and over until I got just enough to know that he wants me to come to the store and get a replacement burger. Not even a refund… Nobody, corporate or franchise, wanted to see the picture and were very dismissive. I know it looks like a small piece left but it’s because I ripped it in half to get a better picture after she had taken a bite.

I got the food fast and was able to make my meeting on time

At Mc D's, it's about the ease and the speed. Well done on both counts.
