Starbucks - Olathe

This Starbucks is the only location that I find cannot keep pace, especially in the morning. 9/10 times I try to go there’s a line of cars on both sides out to Loula St, and through the shopping center parking lot. Not good.

By far the SLOWEST Starbucks on earth. Not just because they are busy. We were 2nd in line once and we're there for over 18 mins waiting… As far as quality on food and drinks it's pretty good with the occasional Starbucks miss you get at all of them. UPDATED: over the past few weeks, this Starbs has made a transformation! The drive thru times have drastically improved. Great work, guys! Keep it up! OLD REVIEW: This is consistently the SLOWEST Starbucks around. Be prepared to get stuck in the drive-thru and wait 30—40+ mins each time. I go to Starbucks every day of my life and this one is always ridiculously, painfully slow.

The product was fine, but the last several times have been a hassle, coffee is what I order, and it has taken more than 20 minutes each of the last times I have stopped.. one time they lost my order, the next time they were just busy, and I ordered something that wasn’t ready in a dispenser, so they needed to do a pour over.. except they didn’t tell me that.. I had time to eventually go to my car and start it up so my groceries would not spoil.. It was finally ready and had to wait another 5 min … – show

Drinks are fine, but this is possibly the slowest Starbucks drive thru on planet earth. Skip the drive through and you probably won’t be disappointed. Order ahead is the way to go with this location….
