Taco Bell - Oklahoma City

This location is the best Taco Bell I've eaten at in OKC. Staff was very polite and courteous. Food was excellent in taste, quality, and freshness. I ordered the exact same combo I did last week at the Hefner and Rockwell location and there was a HUGE difference. I'll drive further just to eat at this particular restaurant. All the staff as well as cooks from other Taco Bell locations need to learn valuable lessons from this crew!! Kudos to you!! Thank you for treating customers right????????

Worst Taco Bell in the city.  The service is glacially slow and the employees they hire seem to be on the intelligence level of neanderthals (with apologies to neanderthals).  Every time I go there - and I mean every. single. time. - its at least a 10-minute wait in the drive-through, despite my order being as simple as can be and being the only car in the drive-through.  The only reason I return here is for simple convenience and even that is becoming less important to me considering the enormous amount of time I waste at this poorly-run establishment.

I had the best service tonight through the drive thru!!!! Haven't touched my food yet but she was so polite it made me want to post this. Thanks!!!
