Bidra med feedbackWe had a nice Xmas Eve experience. Our food was fantastic as usual, but Hunter’s warm, engaging, humorous service made our evening!
It's such a wonderful experience and the food was delicious.
Had the fresh made fettuccine with a ragu. It is a top contender for Italian food in OKC. Definitely fresh, well seasoned and I enjoyed the experience.
In Stella's haven, where flavors entwine, Chicken scallopini, a dish divine. Golden fillets dance in a sautéed embrace, A symphony of taste, a culinary grace. Herbed breadcrumbs cloak each tender bite, A tender waltz on the palate, pure delight. Lemon whispers weave through capers' song, In Stella's kitchen, passion lingers strong. Tomatoes blush, a rosy, sun-kissed hue, As mushrooms dance in a savory view. Parmesan snowfall, a finish so sweet, Love on a plate, an exquisite feat. At Stella's table, where hearts entwine, Chicken scallopini, forever mine. Pro tip: Pair it with the chardonnay and sit at the bar and ask for Chase
This was an odd visit which is why my stars are somewhat spread out. Food was very good. I had the lasagna and it was excellent. I asked a passing waitress if I could have bread and she came with bread and an olive oil dip. Service was not a good first impression. I sat at the bar which was mostly empty. The bartender literally took 15 minutes to notice me as he was enthralled in a conversation at the other end of the bar and ignoring our side. Patrons sitting next to me were becoming somewhat irritated by this lack of service. When he did show up, I received a water and said he'd be right back to take my order. Another ten minutes...more chatting for him. When he came back, I placed my wine and food order. But I noticed he went back to socializing and took about 8 minutes to put my order in the computer. At this stage, I was there well over a half hour and hadn't received my wine or food. Atmosphere. The place is very nice. It was evening so the lights were dim and it was pleasant...sort of. Again I was seated at the bar. To my left at an angle were two restrooms for either men or women. The doors are rippled glass for obvious reasons, but there was a problem. As I was sitting there, I noticed the light in the restrooms were very bright, while the bar lights were very dim. A lady went in and you could literally see everything she was doing...not in detail, but you could see her every move. I was shocked! I know no one would be comfortable in that situation had they known about it. I charge that management look into this immediately. I spoke to some colleagues about this experience and all said management needs to be made aware of this oversight.
