Mcalister's Deli - Oklahoma City

They have good food. her menu has changed in the run of time. Despite what they say, I don't think that the suppenaries have ever changed. they have several sandwiches that they are good, but I tried and their salads are also good, although I like my own something different type greens. they have a good program they can get after so many glasses of tee they get one and they can add points and get free eating with it. it is an old restaurant, but it is always busy. it's a hard place to come, but it's worth it. if they are looking for something light and not heavy calorie, it just weighs them down after they eat, this is a good place to try, sometimes it is full of the time station that sucks. I'd like to see the waiter-cashiers who all seem really nice.

I've never written a review, I don't think. All I see are poor reviews for this location, and I can see why. My order had to be remade three times today after it was consistently incorrect. Altogether it took 3 hours before I finally got my correct order. Staff didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and the first order, I had to stand for 6 or 7 minutes before being addressed when there were over 4 staff members standing around behind the counter, and I was addressed because I spoke up. Insane. I don't live in OKC anymore, but I've never had these issues at another McAlisters before. Terrible customer service and a waste of time and money. The reviews for this location are embarrassing.

Ruben was piled high, they do not scrimp on the meat! Could’ve used a little more sauerkraut and dressing. Service was excellent.

I asked for extra cheese on the veggie spud and they barely put any. Every time I ask for extra sauce or anything, they can not follow through. However, this time I did even get the usual amount of cheese sauce so it was super dry.

Order was quick delicious! Was waiting on my daughter and they brought her fresh Mac cheese. Will definitely go back when in the area.
