Great helpful staff. Best coffee. Had all the last minute items I may have forgotten. Great fuel price and perks. Clean restrooms. I look forward to stopping in every Friday night.

Showers clean, coffee cheap and delicious. One star for your staff member Ann, cashier lady. She was unhelpful and unfriendly.

The parking lot is well-kept, the store is tidy, the showers are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly. I've noticed some negative reviews that seem quite trivial, like the woman who insisted on being given 52 towels. However, I had a pleasant experience here after a long day driving a semi through an area filled with some rather reckless drivers!

This Pilot travel center and its surroundings are a true oasis, blending modern amenities with a touch of old Florida charm. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the facilities are consistently spotless. I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. We waited in an incredibly long line and picked up some beef jerky, which was advertised as a buy-one-get-one deal with any drink. We grabbed two jerky items and two seltzer drinks, but when we reached the counter to pay, the cashier informed us that the drinks we selected didn't qualify and we had to purchase water or another eligible drink instead. The customer service was quite poor, and we ended up leaving everything on the counter and walking out. If you’re going to promote a special, it’s important to clearly communicate the terms. We travel frequently, and I don’t think we’ll be visiting Pilot Flying J again.
