Bandana's B Q - O'Fallon

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. I ordered the ribs with baked beans and fries. The ribs were perfectly seasoned and tender.

I don't know their names, but the two people working at 3:19 pm on August 23rd were absolutely fantastic. They were very polite and provided fast service. They should receive a raise, as they truly deserve it.

Basic customer service: acknowledge the customer. I waited at the pick-up counter for more than 5 minutes. If they are busy, at least say hello. The experience felt dated, much like the ribs that seemed to have been cooked long before. The cold, dry garlic bread was difficult to chew and the sides seemed bland. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience due to the poor service and lackluster food quality.

We arrived on the 4th juli after home from our huge 2 weeks long road trip vacation and knew that I would not have time to go for food shopping and prepare dinner, so I ordered a great meal before the time by grubhub and had delivered our meal to our veranda only moments before we arrived at home. everything was very well packed, tasty and the rest again very good for the next few days! we were very happy to have such a delicious dinner to welcome us to the house so that we can unpack and enjoy our neighboring fireworks. will definitely be regular customers!

We had ribs, baked potatoes and salad. The ribs were good but not a lot of meat on them. Seemed dried out a bit but again they were good. Their baked potatoes are delicious! AND, their service was fantastic and personable. We will return.
