Bidra med feedbackI had a terrible experience at this Subway recently. The employees were arguing with each other right in front of customers. When it was time for my sandwich, I wasn’t asked what I wanted; it was just made the way the employee preferred. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
It's disappointing because I had a similar experience to the one mentioned in the previous review. I have a foot injury and called the staff member on duty tonight to explain that I believed I had ordered curbside service. I mentioned that my leg was hurting, making it hard for me to walk. Rather than being understanding, I was informed, "For future reference, you'll need to type 'curbside' or we won’t bring it to you." It was incredibly frustrating!
This restaurant is outstanding! The owner, Shara, is incredibly warm and genuinely cares about his customers. He goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is satisfied. The sandwiches are expertly made and absolutely delicious. I really love this place and the wonderful staff. Shara truly knows what he’s doing. Plus, the online ordering is excellent!
It took nearly 10 minutes to prepare only two sandwiches, despite the restaurant being otherwise empty. Overall, the service and compliance with health standards were severely lacking.
I highly recommend using cash when buying food at this establishment. My credit card was compromised shortly after I visited. It seems that the staff may have installed a skimmer on their card machine. Isaiah, John, and the other employees involved in this credit card fraud should be ashamed. It's unsettling to see people taking advantage of customers' information!
