Great new Nordic cousin! excellent selection of local beer and great wine as well. one of the best restaurants in the city book a table a few days ahead and they will not be disappointed.

While pricy, the food quality here is supreme. Jazzköket offers exclusive versions of the food typical of Norrland or northern Sweden. The have also a fine quality of wines. Personally, I would like to see some meads for the dessert menu. There are a few local meaderies that could offer quite the experience for the people with an interest for the local specialties, but I digress. The food is top quality and the ambient is superb. I highly recommend Jazzköket for anyone visiting Östersund

As a vegan, eating was quite disappointing. but the service was nice and the environment is good. probably a nice place for a carnivore.

I was very disappointed to say. they have most of the things that are right for them. the environment, the most interesting personal, the service. we waited outside in the rain for a table inside to free themselves, but it was not worth waiting the least. the search for each eating looked fantastic. large counters of tasty looking pasta etc. but we were absolutely shocked when we received our vegan pasta dish and it looked around the same size as what we would serve our little children. there was nothing essential about it, only about 10 rigatonis in a bouillon broth and a spoon of capern. my partner and I starve. the only thing that filled us was the delicious weeping that made me in the cheeks rather red when he looked at the uninterrupted dug that belonged to me. we laughed about absurdity. we wanted us not to be vegan, so we served the beautiful dishes around us, but unfortunately not. all in all when they are plant-based and have annoyed as much as I am when it comes to eating in sweden, they are better with an Ooomph pizza by ica, or an avo sandwich from espresso house. prost!
