Burger King - Odessa

Terrible experience. Food was incorrect, cold and took over 10 to make. They only had 3 people working and never greeted anyone at the counter. Would avoid at all costs unless you have time to waste and want incorrect food.

A manager and 2 employees sitting in the dining room not working. Not telling people that drive up they are closed. All the lights left on 2 hours before they were supposed to close. If you close due to staffing or whatever fine but make an effort totell people if your just going to sit there. Do your job.

This b.k. is new in the opposite and opposite to the new mcother place they had great fresh pommes with a hepper that I demanded on my wise and she got everything perfect. I came home and looked from habit at my order to see what was wrong and I was so happy. I have never checked a fast food chain, but the hot fresh food and ultra-fast service. great job!

I was one of two cars. waited five minutes for a car in front of me in the payment window. After I came to the window to get food, I had to wait 3 minutes, because they made fresh. that could not happen that I was five minutes in the payment window?

Ha ha ha ha fast food! it was just me and two cars in front of me and I sat 18 minutes. I watched, and the two cars had small bags that gave them so that it is not as if they had ordered 20 burgers. steak and shake is faster than this place. then that was not even hot, it was warm. chance to return to this place, would have to be 0.
