Chick-fil-a - Odenton

Chic fil a is a well oiled machine. The staff is so pleasant, food is great too!

There’s an older black lady who is either a manager or supervisor(black shirt) and she’s hands down the rudest. I’ve experienced her in the drive thru and dine in. Recently did dine in and when I went up to the register she was busy on her phone and quick to grab another employee who was already busy with a task. Drive thru is no better her attitude is very poor especially for what chick fil a’s standard is.

They are always messing up my mobile order I have to drive to work and come back to this location. They don't care about the time you wasted trying to correct their mistake. Molly was unhelpful disrespectful. You will have a better experience if anyone else helps you.
