I have lived in Hartland for 29 years always knew what a place The Kiltie was, but for some reason our family has never tried. Anyway, after I finally tried it for the first time, I must say it is definitely worth the experience to keep the old fashion classic look alive, personable quality waitress right at your car door serves the food on a tray attached to your window like the old fashion movie drive in! Also I think the quality of the foods was top notch for a drive in!!! My husband loved it!! Thank you.

The food is always great, but this visit, the server found out that it was our son's birthday, put a candle in his sunglass and recruited 3 other servers to sing Happy Birthday and then the owner played you Say Its your birthday over the speakers...amazing and so appreciated!

An Oconomowoc Rite of Spring! First night open. Great food and service. Observation: The Kiltie is only cash. In recent years, the waiting staff would always place your order with a corresponding change to give a tip. It didn't happen yesterday and we had to ask her to come back. Food service 101. Always give a change in a way, making it easier to tip=better tips. We know that the kitchen/cashier is responsible for this change. This small detail is an important part of the service there. They all do a great job!

Unique place to drive in and eat. You pull in. Park. Look up to choose the dishes. And place the order through helpful team members always available. It’s cash only. Root beer float was great.

I was in town visiting a friend who recommended the Kiltie. Was waited on by Natalya who was very attentive, quick, and knowledgeable. She was the pinnacle of what I imagined a carhop to be. Glad I visited! Thank you, Natalya!
