Ginza Japanese Steak House - Ocoee

Best hibachi hubby and I have still found, but you will really only be worth your money at noon. We have found that part of the food they bring to boiling does not vary whether they cook for 2 or 6. There is also much more confusion later in the evening with certain chefs and variations to listed specialties (such as double noodles instead of traditional noodles and rice) as well as mixing with order all a protein against the variety. Takeout is good, but generally slow. Didn't try the sushi, but later in the evening this area is generally quite busy, which tends to be a good sign.

I like it. Food was good. At the hibachi my portion was small but for $8 not bad. Ginger and white sauce is good. If u want both noodles and rice u gotta ask for both its not automatic. Sushi is good also. I'm usually sitting by the window reading my kindle and chowing on sum sushi

Stopped by for a quick meal. Thoughts: The interior is quite a bit nicer than the exterior suggests. Prices were reasonable. The rolls are overlapped on the edges, making the diameter about 25% larger than I'm used to. Unfortunately, it's all rice the extra size isn't to accommodate larger pieces of fix or whatnot. More importantly, it makes the pieces fairly unwieldy. They're heavy and bow in the center when you use chopsticks, and are too large for the small soy dishes. The quality was good, but I doubt I'll be back.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by coincidence a few years ago on my sister's birthday, and we've been impressed ever since. The food is consistently excellent, with the hibachi being a standout experience, complete with entertaining chefs. Their sushi is some of the best I've ever had. Even though we live about 45 minutes away, the drive is worth it, as they truly excel compared to other hibachi restaurants in the area.

The food here is consistently top-notch. You can’t find better hibachi at this price; a similar meal at Kobe would cost you an additional 30%. This place is Ocoee's best-kept secret! The staff is always friendly, and the chefs add a fun touch to the dining experience. The noodles are outstanding, and the white sauce is flawlessly made. Plus, the soup and salad are excellent as well.
