El Pollo Loco - Oceanside-Escondido

It was 945pm when I came to order at this location I wanted to get two piece chicken and they told me they were out, mind you they close at 1030. Carmen was very rude and not helpful at all. She thought she was manager skills when she was no near manager skilled. Who is training these employees. I see bad review left and right from employees who think they are above management skills and they are not. I asked for corporate number and they gave me their phone number. Sad to say they think they can fool any. These people are joke and need better training it's not like I'm getting a coupon out of it !!! If I could have a 0 star I would give it a negative

A group of us got dinner to go. Super fast service. We ordered a little bit of everything. I had the tortilla soup ? ? my son raved about the crispy chicken tacos. We will go back.

I just started visiting this place 2 weeks ago. I've known about it for years, just never dined here. I decided to visit and order their sweet corn chicken salad bowl. It was very delicious and fresh, the crema that came with it was a perfect match. I've since returned the following week. Keep up the freshness!!!
