Bidra med feedbackThis is the best Panda Express I have ever done, great customer service from all staff when I go and this is the only panda that my favorite dish “Sweet Fire Chicken” carries. The food is always beautiful and fresh.
I was in a lot of panda expressions. I mean, I'm in orange chicken destroyers. But today I have a lush help from orange chicken from the most beautiful person. I've met for a long time. Not only was she creepy and had a big smile. But as I said, she really piled the chicken up. And I am a happy orange chicken eaten camper. So go in, say hello to Ellen and say Doug sent you. I promise Bro she'll get the pollo.
This is my favorite Panda Express because it has a drive thru. They are always fast and do a great job to get the orders ready. I've never had any complaints.
So I usually don't try to eat quickly. I also usually do not give reviews for fast food chains as a personal rule. BUT... There is an exception to any rule and this experience was exceptional!! No one usually expects a lot to go a quick warm meal, unless you look down on the menu, not up. And I'm guilty of not expecting anything at this time. I was actually in the big house Robe my husband and my slippers with hard soles. It was about 9 or 10 in the night and I was cold, Hungry and tired. I looked like a female version of The Dude, if there are any Big Lebowski fans, you will get the reference. When we got in, there was almost nothing left. About half an hour until they were closed and the whole kitchen was cleaned. Fan, wipers and counters. Disinfection and washing until it shines. I have a lot of type A, neat freaks in the family and I have also worked in fast food (many years ago, so their eye for detail and collective effort was involved by far an impressive display of the dedication and increase of the bar for the quality of service for customers. Two other gentlemen went in and made their own orders. Then they sat down to wait. We were still on the switch. There were no other customers except us four. So no need to move or feel pressed to get out of the way they fired the wok and fresh batches of orange chicken and chow my made for all of us. It smells good. They trained a new job. She has never worked in a customer position. Maybe it was her first job, she was so young and sweet and definitely green in the service industry. One of the gentlemen sat on a table, the other stood against the far wall. She said “Sir?” a few times to take his attention, but he was absorbed in everything that was in his phone. We all turned to see him when the girl at the counter nervously tried to find out how to get his attention. The situation was interesting because the girls behind the counter were Mexican, my husband, me and the man sitting at the table are all pale, and the man at the far wall was a POC. I watched and waited for her to deal with the situation as well as the other older ladies who had trained her. She looks to them for help, her eyes do as in fear and uncertainty, they do not provide help. With a look back, he said, “What do you want to do?” She once again said to Sir in rutile attempts and then said, "Everything... what? And it was loud and strong enough to be heard by all. “Huh?” He looks. And we all looked at them. And my immediate reaction was Laugh Out Loud!!! It was so funny! She was brave and insecure, but she did. It was unconventional, but it worked! And the ladies and kitchen workers all laughed like the Lord at the far wall and the Dude in the hat. Can't get more SoCal than this experience there. The food was hot, fresh, not long waiting and the atmosphere was wonderful. The people who work here really care about each other, their work, their customers and are an excellent example of a successful family restaurant. I did some pictures because I am the mother of a former Rady's children's clinic patient (he did it! Yay, and a former guest at the benevolent Ronald McDonald House next to the hospital. I saw the one they humbly hung up here in San Diego to the side wall over the funds for Rady's children's clinic. It definitely gave me the feelings and drew on my personal heart sequences. She saved my boy's foot and his life from a terrible mushroom. The cleanliness of the place was also worth mentioning. In a time of rapid spread of dangerous viruses, the helpful tip of a local who says “It’s okay, you can eat here.” Really helps others to be safe in their choice, I think. So this place is good people! Feel free to eat in the fast, friendly, fresh and clean dishes served at this Panda Express location. It was fun!
Great flavor and custimer service. Food tastes flavorful and fresh!
