We ordered drinks; thai tea and ice coffee. Once you received your order it might look a lot to drink but once you keep drinking you?ll notice your cup is almost full of ice so basically you?re not drinking that much. Tell the server to put LESS ICE in your drinks

Charges $1.00 extra for sweet tea without ice.. the worker told me because I?m getting a cup full of sweet tea with no ice she had to charge an extra $1.00 because I?m receiving more tea in my cup? Now with ice I wouldn?t be charge the extra $1.00 because I would be getting 1/2 a cup? I?m just getting my money?s worth?.biggest rip off in history

I eat breakfast at Coffee Fusion every morning! I love it! Love the drive through! The staff is the best!!!!!

So I ordered a chef salad for lunch a few days ago, but when I got back to the office, I realized they gave me a cranberry walnut salad instead. Since I was already back at the office, I ate it anyway. It is was amazing!!! So I ordered another today, and when I got there to pick it up they gave me my lunch for free! They were very upset they gave me the wrong salad! They were so apologetic and nice about the whole thing!! So I got a free lunch and a new favorite salad! That's what customer service is all about! You have a customer for life!! Thanks Coffee Fusion!!

I am from Seattle, a very serious coffee city, and while visiting family in OS, my sister took me to this place and I was quite pleased. Not only was the coffee and food quite good, the staff and ambiance was very friendly. Plus, I was able get plenty of remote work done via the free WI-FI and Office Space. I read the fishbowl feature article on the wall...Seattle could learn a thing or two or three from Adam Flinchum's business philosophy!!!
