Biggby Coffee - Ocean Bluff-Brant Rock

Had the caramel marvel. Tasted great. The coffee cake muffin was delicious. Great service.

I don't come often, but every time i do, it takes 25 mins or more, my order is wrong, and it costs a ridiculous amount

The barista made my drink the wrong size and when we said something about it the other employee came to the window with a look on her face that was not customer friendly, and had attitude!!I used to enjoy their drinks but ever since they got sold again they have gotten worse!!! I would visit other Biggbys but not this one!!

Poor experience, we waited way too long for iced coffee. Then when I got my coffee it was spilling everywhere bc the lid was not placed on correctly and there was coffee grounds in my coffee as well. There were other customers there that seemed upset as well bc they were waiting a long time. We went here to support local business and now it just seems like we should have just stuck with Starbucks.

I decided to try a new coffee shop while visiting here for the first time. Not the best experience the staff was rude and I waited over 30 min for 3 drinks. This place is not organized they dont take names down and its very disorganized. I wont be coming back nor will I recommend this place. Steer clear of this place!
