Bidra med feedbackMy husband and I stopped at this location on the wya home and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. The woman who took our orders was extremely harsh on the speaker and was arguing with customers in the drive thru. After that when we get to the window the woman that handed us out drink rolled her eyes and had a complete attitude when we stated that we requested no ice in the the drink. We (along with the cars in front and behind us) had to pull around to the side and wait for our orders. I've worked customer service before, and I understand being busy, but every person we had to deal with just seemed to hate their job and didn't want to be there. This really needs to be addressed.
The parking is terrible and drive-thru needs to be completely redesigned and the people who work here are for the most part pretty terrible at their job... I've done fast food it's really easy to read the screen and do exactly what it says... Substitute steak for meat, add extra cheese. And yet over and over again at this particular location they just screw up my order.
My new foid comeing out. Please dont eat it . food.?. i am looking for some kids and some blankets also i need some pet food and some kind of water bill like duck or swan.
New General manager and leaders working now. No missing food and fast service. Try it out now way better I'm happy and surprised. I love it there now.
Be very clear with your order as ours have been grounded. Also the chicken chip melts were not melted at all. It even felt cold in the packaging. Quesadillas were good, but not marked to say what was. Also not evenly filled.
