I get excited every time for the shakes because lord have mercy I drool just looking at the menu while ordering..BUT .but I don’t know if it’s just this location or what (don’t worry I’ll go try other locations as well) but . I’m not scraping the bottom of my cup for the last drop, or swinging my head back while patting the cup for that ONE sprinkle I missed .. !?! I don’t even get to the bottom of the cup!!?!?!? That’s a problem! Positive side to this is my kid always gets extra so he’s with the 5 star their Frisco melts make up for shake sadness atleast!

They tell people to not go through the drive through when other people are already in line for it, took them 30 mins just to make 2 shakes and only filled it up half way so didn’t even get a full shake, some of the workers had an attitude problem Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
