Bidra med feedbackWe were there for goose dinner before Christmas. The appetizer was very delicious. I rarely ate such a good salad. Soup was good. Gans: we had ordered the Polish and got the German. However, we were confronted with the bill and the Polish were calculated, as we did not even know that it was the German goose. The skin was crispy, but the meat as a whole was too dry. That's the biggest manko. The wine recommendation of the boss was super and very good at price. Knödel: very good, fluffy. Red wort: delicious with additional spice note, the marons and apples were good, but most too sweet. For me there were potatoes instead of lumps, because I cannot eat gluten. That was attentive, but I know from other restaurants so that there are then gluten-free dumplings. When I called again to point out the need for gluten-free food, I was approached very unfriendly by a man. That's what really pissed me off. The service on site was again very friendly and fast.
Cozy environment and good eating. table reservation is always recommended
The reservation works perfectly, the recipe was warm, the tables very beautifully covered. the field salad with a great dressing has cost super. the gans was perfect as last year. the big nudel and the self-made red herb a dream. marone with apples as supplement something special. we like to come back.
Eating was delicious and rich. service was attentive, very friendly.
Large service and very good food. the gans for four people were more than sufficient.
