Pizza Hut - Oberlin

The Manager, Collin was polite and very helpful with all aspects of the business. He took our order, help the cook make it and even refilled our drinks. My son asked questions about working at a Pizza Hut, when he grows up. Collin was very informative and seams to really care for his establishment and customers.

I was wearing a Tshirt for the visiting football team and the crewmember recognized we might need paper plates and volunteered some for us. Food was fresh and hot, ready to go at the requested time.

The people that work up there are very friendly and service is very fast and timely

Was there for about 20 minutes nobody took menu or nothing just acted as I wasn't there

I'm not sure why I keep coming back to this restaurant. They keep changing the ordering rules, and it's frustrating. For instance, cheese isn’t considered a topping, and you can’t get the special for a three-topping pizza unless you choose all three toppings. Some days they allow family box dining in, while other days it’s only for takeout. It’s really frustrating to order from here.
