Colonnade Coffee Lounge - Oatley

I ordered a double cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, and sauce but was disappointed to find it had no cheese, no onions, and barely any sauce. It was not worth the $16 price tag. My wife's burger also came out raw. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I took my sister out for lunch at this restaurant. I ordered the blue cheese burger with curly fries, while my sister got the southern fried chicken. We both enjoyed our meals and would be happy to return for another visit.

Have just ordered a Breakfast Bruschetta a Colonnade Breakfast have been waiting for over 1/2 Hour. Actually contemplating just paying for our coffee leaving.

We went to Hurstville for a tax appointment and discovered this restaurant with old school American themed decor. We decided to stop in for a quick drink after lunch time, but waited for service for 10 minutes. Some tables were dirty, but we found a clean one. When we tried to place an order at the counter, we were told it was table service. After some confusion, we finally got our order in. However, my flat white coffee was bitter and disappointing. It took a while for my fiancé to get her Oreo milkshake, and she had to ask for a spoon. The staff seemed unenthusiastic, and we agree with other reviews that the atmosphere could use some lively music. We won't be returning anytime soon.

Firstly, our table was dirty and had left overs from the last group of people sitting on it. The staff take a while to take your order. The staff look very un happy and it ruins the entire mood/theme of the shop. Milkshake tasted like milk. Worst milkshake I ever had. Yuck! they didn 't have Soy ice cream so they didn 't put any in there at all! Yet still charged me an extra $1 for soy milk. No table water. Really? $15 for a Chicken/Avo and a few curly fries? It 's literally a bit of chicken breast toasted on some toast with a LARGE amount of avocado served with a few curly fries. Definitely over priced, no flavour, just leaves your mouth completely dry. Food took about 20 30 minutes, that was the only dish we ordered besides the milk shakes. Queing up to pay, service was rude and was just a hi, bye . This place is an utter mess, food needs to be changed ASAP, prices need to be cut down, get rid of the staff who absolutely do not care about this shop and hire some staff who are keen. Add a bit more flavour to the theme, more old school photos, heck Hungry Jacks has a better 50 's theme going on. Would never go back, nor will I reccomend it unless management seems to actually give a **** about the customers.
