Tim Hortons - Oakville

The atmoshpere was awful because the manager was being INCREDIBLY rude to her employees. She was so aggressively micromanaging the employees (some of whom I assume were new on the job), that I was embarrassed on their behalf. The employees were fantastic and were doing their best to keep up with the pace. She needs keep her temper in check, and to treat her workers with more dignity and respect. Service: Take out

Completely worst drinks i got. I orderd steep tea firstly she gave me tea it was completely cold , i asked for fresh . We waited for 10 minutes there. Again she gave cold one and she made it extra sugar attentionaly bcz she was showing attitude that why we asked for fresh tea. Time was around 9:15 pm. Food: 1 Service: 1

First time in this Area, came here around Noon, the line was Fast, the order was precise and the staff was Friendly! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pulled up at 730 on a Saturday when the store closes at 10. Start to order and the woman on the drive thru just tells me that they don’t have steeped tea left and won’t make any more 2.5hrs before they close. Will not be revisiting this location.
