Papa John's Pizza - Oakville

There is a DoorDasher that thinks that she owns this Papa John’s and stands behind the counter as if she works there going through orders that are coming out while she and her husband and son come in and picks up their DoorDash orders. Management does nothing about it. It is extremely unprofessional, and since she works for DoorDash as a driver (and not for Papa John’s) , she should not be behind the counter touching peoples food. I would think that it would be a violation of Papa John’s policy for her to even be anywhere in the back touching anything to do with other peoples orders. Nothing surprises me anymore.

This is the second time that they've gotten pepperoni in my cheese pizza. This is not a good thing to do, especially in a community with a lot of Muslims. They also love to give me the breadsticks with garlic, rather than the original ones.

Terrible experience, Terrible service, food under cooked with no drinks and no credit refund. Everyone should order else were. You will be disappointed. If I could give this store a no-star review I would.

Worst Place to get pizza and the service is First, they didn't bring the drinks to my order. I called back the manager wouldn't deliver another and hung up the phone on me? What kind of service is that? But to top it all off already upset about not getting my order for my family. We open the pizza and there is hair on one of our pizzas! Your store needs to be closed. After reading the other reviews of this store, I should have known. Please shut down already.

The pizza was beyond perfect. Extremely fast delivery/cook time. The delivery driver was very nice.
