Rico Rico Taco - Oakland

Rico Rico Taco is a charming and convenient place. It is usually really busy and there aren't really enough staff. The food is delicious and it is pretty cheap and reasonably priced. I recommend it if you come at the right times! The peak hours are 4-6PM.

So delicious. Carnitas tacos are my favorite but everything is so good. Tortillas are freshly made right in front of you and that's a game changer. Definitely a place to go back.

So, I loooove Spanish, Mexican, Cuban ,Latin food! This place has not let me down ! The chips are always fresh just like the food! I practiced during lockdown so I know it takes love and dedication to produce the same flavors and quality! So, I?m sureI?m a little late because it also stays jumping! The price is worth it ! Warm environment, clean and and and?????????????????

Very bad experience. we took our kids out for lunch after a soccer game. My children were very hungry. we order tacos. Usually, taquerias put sauce on the side. this place automatically adds very hot salsa to the tacos which my kids couldn't stand. Weasked the manager to please change the tacos that my children couldn't eat and very rudely she told us no. because it was mykids fault for not saying they didn't want salsa on it. leaving three of my youngest children without eating. or enjoy lunch. Sowe left 6 tacos with out touching on the table. My husband and I couldn't finish our food because we had to take our youngchildren to eat somewhere else. we were visiting with a team from Oakland and couldn't bring our kids home to eat because welive in Brentwood. it is 1 hour driving. and our children were very hungry. very bad experience I do not recommend this place atall very bad service. and very rude.

Outdoor and indoor seating, and it's never empty at any time of day. Our food was ready in less than 10 minutes, even during lunch. Watching the cooks prepare everything is fun and interesting. Plenty of options. The chicken in flautas was very dry butmaybe it's better suited for a richer meat.
