Mcdonald's - Oakland

It's not actually open 24 hours! I’m here in the morning and the doors are closed. Please update your hours so people know when you’re really open and won’t be misled.

I often doordash in this area, and most of the time when I come here, the service is incredibly slow. You'd expect a restaurant of this quality, located in a busy part of the city, to be more efficient, but that assumption is definitely off base.

This restaurant is run by Mexicans, and unfortunately, the staff members are rude and struggle with their English. Unfortunately, they communicate in a disrespectful manner. I would recommend going to the McDonald's by the lake instead.

I absolutely love the McDouble without onions. It's the best!

This location can get quite busy at times. I waited 12 minutes in the drive-thru. The most important thing is that they got my other order right, although I did notice a few missing condiments and a dipping sauce.
