Jack In The Box - Oakland

Do not go to this Jack in the box!! I was at the drive through and I handed the clerk my money. My $20 bill was slightly ripped. She said that she was not going to be able to take that money because it was ripped and I told her I had other money she then started, cussing me out and threw the money in my car and hit my leg.This is the worst Service I've ever encountered do not ever go to this place. They are very rude. I can't believe she threw the money into my car and hit my leg!

Not only did this location mess up my order but the food was old and made sloppy. Old stale tacos, wrong soda and got shorted. Asked for no lettuce in the tacos and every single one had nasty looking lettuce! I don’t recommend going to this location at all.

Let's be honest. Jack in The Crack is good at what it does best; provide hot food fast, at a decent price. If you grew up in this neck of the woods, you have your faves, which are the best here, like the tacos no lechuga, or the egg rolls, or the Jumbo Jack. This location is almost always Open and they know how to keep the line rolling. The area is what it is but if you know The Town you good, but the drive through is a trap Even for big suvs. IYKYK.

The drive-through experience on a busy night feels like it belongs in a Dr. Seuss story. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. While I was in line at the drive-through, another driver, clearly flustered by the chaos, accidentally backed into the front of my car. The confusion is mostly due to the layout of the drive-through line, which tends to back up when the lot is full. As for kid-friendliness, it's a good idea to hold your children's hands while walking to and from your vehicle and the restaurant.
