Baskin-robbins - Oak Park

Disappointing experience. The restaurant claims to be open 24 hours, but I arrived at 12:42 AM on October 7, 2021, and it was clearly closed.

The manager’s attitude was quite off-putting for such an early hour. Where has the friendly customer service gone? After ordering a two-scoop sundae with all the toppings, but no cherry and light whipped cream, I was taken aback. Why do you always ask, “How many do you want to add, what do you want with it?” And to top it off, how can they run out of hot fudge sauce at 8:30?

I experienced rude service during my visit. I requested a specific waffle cone, but they served me the wrong one. When I mentioned to the lady that I wanted the one I originally asked for, she didn’t even give me a chance to make a change.

I WENT TO DUNKIN TODAY MAYBE 10mins ago it’s June 13th 2:13 and when I say my milkshake was soooooooo GOOD I would say perfect I didn’t taste nasty milk I taste milkshake so good omg service was great best milkshakes ever

The new drink at Baskin robbins is the mangonada. It's a Mango drink with a spicy twist.
