Great service, great food! The staff was so helpful to explain to me how to use my points.

I sat in line for 20 minutes with only one guy in front of me and a person was calling with four orders I?m the phone it said if telling them to hold on and take my order they continue taking the person on the phones or which took more than 20 minutes therefore I just walked out understaffed I have eaten there before food was not bad but their service is horrible nobody wants to wait for 30 minutes to take a order and then wait another 20 minutes to get their food I would just go to a real steakhouse if I was gonna do that prices are already high enough

The food is always good and the staff was very matter of fact but very friendly!

The service here is disgusting no mannerisms at all!!! If I could give them 0 starts I would, period.

It took over 20 minutes for the staff to take my order, even though there was just one person ahead of me. If I had gone to Jimmy John's or Subway instead, I could have been in and out in under five minutes. I doubt I'll be returning.
