Taco Bell - Oak Grove

That was a chipotle ranch chicken burrito. there was not much in the burrito and they had no whn in the burrito. the first burrito looks as if they just wait together both sides were burned and it had no huh. yes, that two burritos I ordered were classic cheesy double beef burritos. they were really good. I'm disappointed with the others.

Very fast. but eating was cold. they were looking for no fiesta tortilla stripes and were on everything. then the only soap dispenser did not work in the lady bath. (scary.) sanitizer donator at the front door also does not work.

They had me pull forward. Then waited 12 minutes for a employee to come out and ask what I ordered. I showed him my receipt then he just walked off. I waited another 9 minutes to get my food. The employee handed me my food and just walked away without apologizing. I pulled off and checked my bag they didn't even put the sauce in I requested. I turned around and went into the store asked for sauce told the employee maybe manager what happened and she never even apologized. She just handed me my sauce and said there were a lot of 12 packs before my order. NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL.

I was gonna give it only 1 star but the food is good. I waited 15 min for 2 things from the tacobell side. There was only 1 person waiting for food when I ordered. They waited forever for their food also. Hmm, should have been a clue I guess. These peeps don't have their stuff together here at all.

Good food. My fiesta potatoes were hot and fresh for once. Usually they are old and cold. I had to stop ordering them for a while because they were always gross. I love the double decker taco well it's got a new name and cheese instead of beans but it's still just like the double decker. Warrensburg Taco Bell is great! Had some cheese sauce all over the outside of my container and napkins that's the only reason for the 3 stars.
