Bidra med feedbackI ordered 2 salads on Wednesday June 28th on the website. It said open till 10pm. The confirmation told me pick up would be 9:23 pm. I got there and it was closes. 7 other people were also at the door trying to get there orders. I called the next day to have my order refunded. They took my name and number and said I would be getting an email to confirm the refund. No luck on that. 3 other phone calls and still no luck. I was told the process can be junky and not always work. A couple days later and still no email or phone call. So I stopped in and explain the problem to the person behind the register. The look of confusion was jaw dropping. The manager I 'm guessing came over and asked what the problem was so again I explained it. I said this has to happen all the time because of the amount of people there trying to pick up order after close. He shook his head and said no it doest happen. I asked if i could just have the salads if a refund was such a problem. This seemed to fly right over his head. He asked me my order number so I pulled up the reciept and said do you want all 25 numbers? He grabbed a paper bang and a felt tip marker and said here, write all that down with your name and number and I 'll give it to the manager when they get here. Apparently I had to do the work for him? This was on July 7th. I still have no answers or refund. I just want my money back at this point. As soon as I get my refund I will never return to this potbellys or any other. Horrible customers service. And the lack of knowledge on what to do by the staff for a simple refund is astounding. Stay away people!
Never ever again! First time there. Prices first of all were ridiculous unless you actually got what the menu says your supposed to get. Both my friend and I ordered minis. Told the lady straight to her face. Again our very first time. No instruction, no suggestions nothing. They made my friends and original which was twice the price. Never asked him what he wanted on it or gave him the board of suggestions. He's diabetic so ya that didn't help matters. Myself I ordered the mini turkey avocado she gave me the board of selections so I did get to choose. I only wanted salt and pepper she didn't seem to like that and argued with me until Finally telling me I had to add that myself. What should have been maybe a $11 quick order turned into $21 due to $5 in soda for 2 mediums and the charge of the original. When asked the gentleman replied he put it in as ordered. We went outside to eat. No chairs at all. Took that picture. Opened our sandwiches mine was drenched in mayo. I requested lite mayo. 2 half peices of turkey, 1 half slice of avocado. Filled with all lettuce. My friend fed his to my dog. Customer service food price all of it discusting
I've been going to pot belly in Glendale for over a decade. Only issue is I'm upset they got rid of the strawberry smoothie. I haven't been able to find a smoothie as good. It was frozen yogurt smoothie. I hate the ice smoothies that allot of these coffee shops have.
Ordered through Uber eats. My husband was eating his sandwich when he tasted something awful. We opened the sandwich and they put a rotten avocado in the sandwich. The avocado even had the skin on it. It’s a shame I’ve ordered from here before with no problem. If they did this I wonder what else they do to the food. Gross!!
Order via web at 9am on a Friday for delivery for a lunch at noon with my team to have a lunch and learn. No call, no email, me text and by 12:30 I called them only to find out they cancelled my order and didn’t let me know. I had two options, refund or come pick it up. The worst part about it is that the person answering the phone had zero remorse. Don’t offer services you can’t back and at the very least communicate with your customers that are expecting food delivered for a function. Hungry people can be hangry!
