Bidra med feedbackWe came through the drive thru and asked for a HOT caramel coffee and when we got to the window she had a ICED. We asked for a hot instead since that’s what we asked for and she said to be able to get the hot we HAD to pay for the iced and take it… very rude too.
Forgot how to make item I ordered, had to go inside after going through the drive through. Every worker is on their phone nobody even approached me. While I waited for my item to be fixed there was a conversation that took urgency over my meal. Never coming back!
I will never be coming back my coffee is always made wrong. And I come before they close to buy donuts they legitimately won't sell me any. Instead say we throwing them in the garbage they must not want any money. Always have problems and attitudes. So I will definitely spend my money else
Ordered ahead online, thinking it would be helpful. It was mid-afternoon,so not a rush time. When I got there there was one car ahead of me in the drive-thru. It took a while for the attendant to even ask for my order (assuming he was maybe covering the counter as well) My bacon snack strips were somewhere but he hadn't started my iced coffee order. This was the first time I ever ordered the bacon snack things and they were a greasy pile of various-sized pieces thrown into a sleeve and then in the bag. They were rubbery and greasy to the point where they soaked through the sleeve, the outer bag and stained my car seat. Not edible until they were cooked several more minutes at my home.
I usually love this Dunkin’, but they don’t know when they’re coconut milk expires. When the coconut milk separates and doesn’t blend smoothly with the drink that means it’s curdled and it’s not good anymore. I wasted five dollars on a drink that I can’t drink. Please check your coconut milk and don’t serve curdled coconut milk to your customers. It’s a health risk.
