Taco Bell - O FALLON

This restaurant is the worst in town. If you're considering dining here, I suggest you think again. The food is poorly presented and simply thrown into a bowl, while the packaging is either stale or falling apart. I asked for sour cream, but everything ended up mixed together instead of being served properly. I have no intention of returning, and I would definitely advise a friend to pick a different restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, but they frequently get my orders mixed up and deliver them earlier than I anticipate. Having worked in the food service industry myself, I recognize the challenges they encounter, especially with the ongoing complications from the coronavirus pandemic. It can be quite disappointing to return home after a long day only to discover that I've been charged for one item but received something entirely different.

The Drive-Thru was quite busy, but they handled my order swiftly and efficiently. The food was fresh and tasty.

This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend going. The drinks came without ice, and our order of nachos only came with one serving of cheese and no chips or lettuce—just meat and cheese. The quesadilla was so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt. The sauce was just a dry clump from a broken packet. Good luck trying to find this place open!

I've never had my order done correctly at this place, except for when it comes to charging me for extras. I specifically asked for and paid for tomatoes on my taco, but there were none. I also didn't receive any cheese, yet I was still charged for it. No matter what I order, something is always wrong. Don't even think about trying to get it corrected—they're too busy for that.
