Ethyl's Smokehouse Saloon - O FALLON

I travel and dine across the country with my wife, but she wasn't with me tonight. The restaurant was bustling, and the staff was friendly. My waitress had a large group come in behind me, but she ensured my order was taken first. The food was hearty and packed with flavor. The smoked salad was outstanding, especially with the BBQ ranch dressing. The wings and cod were delicious and expertly prepared. I look forward to returning to try more dishes.

This is definitely my favorite spot in O'Fallon so far. The service was outstanding, and our server was incredibly friendly. They even offered us complimentary drinks since it was a bit busier that night. The food was a perfect 10 out of 10!

Been her multiple times. Great smoked meats of all kinds, even smoked catfish sandwich. All good... Haven't had a so-so meal yet. ALL good!

Love the decor and the friendly service. Combine that with the good food and this restaurant is a winner. Also, the barbeque sauce is delicious. Perfect blend of sweet and spicy.

This is a fantastic restaurant with incredibly attentive staff. Kelsey is the best bartender and server you could hope for. I highly recommend it!
