Mcdonald's - null

I don't generally write a review for McDs but I need to mention that the staff here was extremely hospitable. Besides placing a large order, they served us right on time and with great affection. It's conveniently located near exit 1 so if you're just entering Michigan, this place is quick to spot.

Waited in line of 30 people for 40 minutes. Prepaid on kiosk so I had to wait. 3 people serving all these folks on a holiday weekend. Poor management, poor service and terrible food. Overcooked dry hamburgers and soggy fries. Be ashamed Mickey ds.

Waited on the drive thru for 10 minutes then decided to just go in. Ordered on the app, and went to use the bathroom. No soap in either bathroom, both extremely dirty. No salt or napkins out. Kitchen, Tables, and floors filthy. 30 minute wait for 2 coffees and a medium fry. Lethargic manager sitting in the dining area next to us. Live had barely moved when we decided to just leave. Not a single car was directed to the reserved drive thru parking spots. Every customer visually and audibly dissatisfied.

Closed at 5:20 am and signs say 5 am. Old man at drive through was sleeping and told me to go away.

It's a McDonald's, you know what you're getting. Prices have gone up. We ordered at the kiosk, and the gentleman who brought out our drinks and food was very friendly and courteous.
