The service over the phone is brilliant. They called to notify me that the food will be a tad late due to a lot of food deliveries . Not a lost restaurant would ever call you and tell you that. I appreciated their honesty. Their phone etiquette is wonderful...brilliant actually

Got great customer service from one of the cashiers Ingrid..she’s bubbly,friendly always serves customers with a smile.

I enjoyed my brunch at steers today. When you go there ask for Thembi to assist you, she has great customer service
